CEO & President of ADI: Accelerating Business Performance, founded by Aubrey C. Daniels in 1978 and dedicated to changing the way the world works through the science of learning. Dr. Lattal received her Ph.D. in 1980 in clinical psychology and migrated steadily toward systemic changes to influence the human condition. She worked for consulting firms in Chicago and Pittsburgh before joining ADI in 1997. Her experience includes public school teaching, working in various mental health settings, clinical private practice, university teaching, and working in higher education administrations. She was on the board of trustees of two national groups dedicated to reducing violence in America and a start up IT company in California. She is a member of numerous groups, including the American Psychological Association and the International Association of Behavior Analysis. She has owned three businesses, including a group dedicated to teaching literacy. Listed in Who's Who of American Women and Who's Who in America. Currently serves on the Broad of Trustees of the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies. She is a member of The Ivy Consortium, an international group of lecturers and trainers around the world. Darnell received the Outstanding Alumni Award from the College of A&S , WVU, 2009. She has written 3 books on ethics in American business. She is an executive coach to business leaders in implementating business and personal strategies of effectivness. ADI's philosophy and practice make it an ideal match between Darnell's beliefs about human potential and ADI's commitment to introducing and sustaining extraordinary change thorugh non-coercive styles of managing people resources. In 2010, she and her co-author, Jun Ishida, published a book about stress in Japanese workplaces, achieving best selling status in business innovation. Currently she is working with alliance partners to bring ADI's approach to both safety and total systems to corporations in China and Singapore.
