My name is Adam Kahn and I am a marketing graduate of the Heavener School of Business at the University of Florida. As you will see, my interests and expertise in music lie in areas from marketing, sales, promotions, and AR in the digital space. My experiences working in Consumer Insights at EMI Music, digital marketing promotions at Partisan PR in London, and Artist Management at ViJIEN Enterprises Corporation in South Florida, as well as my tenacity to continue using research tools like SoundScan, NPD, and Mediabase will make me an invaluable asset any company I work for. Currently, I am working with VEC as an advisor and AR liaison to develop a new urban singersongwriter production duo who are being mentored by Grammy Nominated producer Andrew Drew Money Thielk and writing songs with Grammy Award winning Joe Capo Kent. With all of the various departments Ive worked for in the music industry, nothing interests me more than working for a record label. In the future, I hope to gain hands-on experience with executives and staff to see the inner workings of the music industry and to see how artists and labels work together to create some of the worlds biggest superstars. Problem solving and efficiency are traits that work in concert with my invention.
