There is nothing I like more in life than to make customers happy. It all started when I was a kid buying and trading bicycle parts to neighborhood kids, building my ultimate BMX race machine. Needless to say, nothing has changed. The way I go about things now are slightly different, but I guess we all need to grow up at some point. After graduating in from Arizona State University with a BIS in Business and Communications, I have garnered quite a work history rich in many different skills but all focused on two very important aspects, selling and the customer experience. My entrance into the outdoor industry was just that, an entry-level position selling mountaineering gear to the dreamers and doers that set out to climb the worlds highest mountains. I quickly gained experience in selling and began to take on new roles internally, Internet shipping and receiving and the overall operation of the retail shop. After I made the decision to move to the Midwest, I knew that I needed to keep my passion alive and not just find some job to pay the bills. I am currently the Apparel buyer and Apparel Merchandiser at St Louis premier bicycle shop. Selling the customers an experience is what drives me in the retail business. The second the customer walks in the door I want them to envision the possibilities of their future after purchasing our products. I love to facilitate the union of the product and the experience I am currently studying Graphic design to aid in the quality of my work and enrich the experience of potential customers.
