Mr. Crane has served on our board since 1995 and is a partner in Crane Farms, a farming partnership in Larned, Kansas. In 1994, Mr. Crane was appointed by the governor of Kansas to the Kansas Water Authority to oversee project expenditures. He received a B.S. degree from Kansas State University.
