Mr. Cohen has served as Director of the Company since 1989. He has been President of ALC Corp., a consultancy, since 1998. Prior to that time, Mr. Cohen was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Electronic Space Systems Corporation, a manufacturer of aerospace ground equipment. Mr. Cohen is the founder of the Essco-MGH Breast Cancer Research Fund.
