I am a library student specializing in reference and outreach in urban public libraries. I am passionate about promoting reading and lifelong learning, using the arts and humanities to effect social change, and making the public library relevant to 21st century users. I've worked in libraries for five years, and my strong customer service orientation has garnered positive reviews from patrons and supervisors. I have a background in poetry and Classic Literature.
