Andrew L. Howell, our Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, joined us in July 2002. He has been our General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since July 2002. Prior to joining us, Mr. Howell practiced corporate and technology law, most recently with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP. Mr. Howell received a BA from Washington & Lee University and a JD from Mercer University, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.
