Mr. Sheehan was appointed to our board of directors effective December 18, 2006 and has been a Managing Director of VantagePoint Venture Partners, a venture capital firm, since November 2002. From April 1998 to October 2002, Mr. Sheehan was a Managing Member of the General Partner of ABS Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Sheehan is a member of the board on directors of BakBone Software Incorporated, a publicly held storage management software company, and serves on the board of several privately held companies.
