Mr. Brausen became Vice President - Finance and Chief Accounting Officer of Mosaic on April 20, 2006. Prior to joining Mosaic as an employee in February 2006, Mr. Brausen had been Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tennant Company since March 2000.
