Barbara Phillips, 67 years old, lives in Archer City, Texas, but has also spent time in Wichita Falls, Texas and Houston, Texas. She is a 1970 graduate of Waltrip High School and 1979 graduate of Midwestern State University. She has worked for Archer County News, Archer City Isd and Wichita Christian School. Among her favorite movies are Where The Heart Is, On Golden Pond, Romeo And Juliet, Steel Magnolias, Great Expectations and Shall We Dance.
