More than 25 years experience in education, healthcare and consulting for not-for-profit organizations. I have been a keynote speaker at the 9th Global Businesswomen's and Leaders Forum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, presented the capitalistic concept of philanthropy to a group of Chinese doctors in Shengyang, China, have conducted a seminar on fundraising to healthcare professionals from the Netherlands and given many workshops on strategic planning, board development, academic fundraising and related topics. I am a co-author of Dollars for Dreams: Student Affairs Staff as Fundraisers and author of a detective novel: Halls of Poison Ivy. Because of writing detective genre, I am a graduate of the Atlanta (GA) Citizen's Police Academy. I am currently working on the manuscript of The Bad Ol' Boys Club a second detective novel based on research of a national problem, sexually trafficking children.
