Ben W. Hooper, III is an attorney in general practice with Campbell & Hooper in Newport, Tennessee. Mr. Hooper also serves as legal counsel to the Cocke County Amvets and the Cocke County Education Foundation. He is the past President of the Cocke County Bar Association.
