Ben is the Co-Founder of Madrona Labs in Seattle. Previously, Ben ran The Garage, Microsoft's Grassroots Innovation program for side projects, hackathons, and science fairs within the company. He works with UP Global as an international Startup Weekend Facilitator to develop startups and corporate innovation programs. He is the co-founder of Functional Delights, creating the Apple-featured SeizeTheDay and Zero apps for iPhone with over million downloads. He is an iOS and web developer. At Microsoft, Ben worked on Office for iPad as the Apex (formally MacBU) team as the Shared User Experience Program Manager. He has a BS in CSE and a minor in Entrepreneurship from The Ohio State University.
