No charges, no fees. Long began writing articles about flies and fly-fishing beginning in 1988. His first articles appeared in Midwest Outdoors. He has since appeared in Eastern Fly Fishing, Salmon, Trout and Steelheader, Fly Fishing, Fly Fisherman, American Angler, Fly Tyer and the Outdoor Notebook.
