Brad is a graduate from the University of Georgias Terry college of business. After graduation, he moved to St. Simons and started working for Sea Island Resorts. He got his first taste of real estate while working for Sea Island Properties, on Sea Island. After starting in an hourly pay, staff position as a real estate sales coordinator, Brad quickly proved himself a valuable team player and was promoted to Real Estate Sales Supervisor. Working alongside the wonderful agents at Sea Island Properties got inspired him to take on a career in real estate. He took his licensing course in St. Simons and took the test in September of .
