My career is dedicated to the acquisition of talent, streamlining those processes and maximizing ROI. The foundation was built at Roth Staffing, under the leadership of CEO Founder Ben Roth, credited by the ASA for pioneering the industry's first on-site, staffing vendor partnerships. The only staffing provider to be ranked # by Inc. Magazine as America's Fastest Growing Company, Roth Staffing in the preeminent staffing company. There I was fortunate to have had mentors who championed my career and invested in my abilities. I helped lead staffing partnerships for an impressive client list that would make any Recruiting Manager jealous Twentieth Century Fox, MGM Studios, DirecTV, First American Title Arthur Andersen (later ACS), who had ignited HRO BPO by securing contracts unmatched in size and scope. My charge was to help ACS acquire the FTE's needed to deliver these contracts. With years of outsourced recruitment under my belt, I was given the opportunity to design recruiting solutions for global RPO deals. Typically embedded into large, multi-tower HRO frameworks, I learned to use technology offshoring to enable lean and scalable solutions. Hired for a second time by an aforementioned mentor, I am now with human capital gurus at Kenexa where I manage delivery teams on continents.
