38-year-old Brian Spencer lives in Nicholasville, Kentucky. He is a 1999 graduate of Jenkins Middle High School and 2002 graduate of Southeast Community College. Southern Rock is one of his favorite bands. Deborah L Spencer, Joe C Spencer and Chuck A Spencer are in Brian family.
