Having complete a degree in English Literature - Creative Writing as Agnes Scott College, Casey went on to complete a Graduate Certificate program at the University of Denver Publishing Institue during the summer of 2009. Since then, she has worked in a myraid of departments in publishing, from marketing and publicity for a small publicist in Atlanta to an aquisitions intern for an online literary magazine. At the moment she is working as a receptionist/office assistant and a government contracting office putting her editing skills to use while reviewing proposals. Casey's career goal is to utilize her passion of writing either in the public or private sector, while still being challenged and excited by her work.
