Catherine received her BFA from Bowling Green State University and after a year at University of Iowa, completed her MFA at the Ohio State University. She has a studio in Upper Arlington and owns Arlington Frames, a custom framing business. Primarily an installation artist, Catherine considers sculpture, painting and drawing essential elements in her process. Linking natural and man-made materials and creating metaphor and story are her current occupation.Catherine is a member of Mother Artists at Work, Creative Arts of Women, Cleveland West Art League, and the Ohio Art League and serves on the Executive Board, the Membership Committee, and chairs the Programming Committee. read more ...
