Charles B. Mathews was appointed our Chief Financial Officer in March 2004 and our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer in June 2004. From 2000 until he joined us, he was the managing member of Mathews & Mann, LLC, an accounting and business consulting firm in Phoenix, Arizona. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Mathews served as Controller of a subsidiary of Consolidated Graphics.
