CHARLES R. WILLIAMSON, age 58, was chairman and chief executive officer of Unocal, the California-based energy company, from 2001 until Unocal merged with Chevron in August 2005. He served as executive vice president of Chevron from August 2005 until his retirement in December 2005. He served as a director of Unocal from 2000 to 2005. He held a variety of technical and management positions with Unocal around the world. Mr. Williamson was the chairman of the US-ASEAN Business Council from 2002 to 2005.
