Charles Ying has been Chairman of the Board since April 1997. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company from May 1997 through October 2003. From January 1992 to January 1996, Mr. Ying served as Chief Executive Officer of Information International Inc., a corporation engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing computer-based systems that automate document production and publishing.
