After working in the financial industry for 14+ years, it was an smooth transition to move to a sales position, then Senior Account Manager at Kidzsmart Concepts, Inc. All have a very important role to be successful and that is meeting the needs of clients. When I first joined Kidzsmart almost 8 years ago, our main focus was the Restaurant Industry. We handle 100's of accounts all over North America.(ie.O'Charley's, Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, Kelsey's, Boston Pizza, abc Family Restaurants, Ricky's, East Side Mario's, Papa Gino's, D' Angelo Sandwiches, Pizza Hut, etc.). Since that time, we've expanded our client base to include professional sports teams, marketing boards, non-profit organizations, banks, hospitals, Ports, shipping companies, governments, just to name few. I manage multiple accounts, liaising between departments, ensuring deadlines are met, listening, following up, understanding the diverse marketing, entertainment, educational needs of my clients and of course, gentle persistence to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.
