Have a BS degree in Business, BA in sociology, with an MBA in Economics. ? Raised 4 children as a single parent.  ? Lived in the Bay Area, Sacramento, and Scottsdale, Arizona. ? Married to Anita Prouty who is a Managing Director in Arizona’s Banner Health Alzheimer’s research program. ? Have a B-1 contractor’s license in California. ? Served in the USMC – Marine attack squadron. ? Currently live in Cave Creek, Arizona and hike in the desert almost everyday. ? Have been CEO of a multi-state production home building company and security alarm business for 32 years.  ? Two years as Sr Vice President at Hearthstone Advisors in San Francisco. ? Active in Arizona city politics. ? Contribute extensively to college scholarships for single parent households in Arizona and California. ? Enjoy skiing, martial arts, boxing, skiing, fly fishing, cooking, dogs, and good friends. ? In the early stages of building a modified Corvette.    ?
