Mr. Morris has served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Rentech since June 2006. Mr. Morris practiced Corporate and Securities Law at the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins LLP from June 2004 to May 2006. From September 2000 to May 2004 Mr. Morris practiced Corporate and Securities Law in the Silicon Valley office of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosati. Prior to that Mr. Morris practiced Corporate and Securities Law in the Silicon Valley office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP.
