He is the founder and CEO of CareerCampaigns, an online professional sourcing venue designed to connect experienced, qualified job candidates with talent-minded employers through out the state of Florida. He is also the former CEO of CMS, a human capital consulting firm based in Florida that worked exclusively in the areas of transition and executive search.
