During my career in the residential construction industry, I have completed well over single family homes as well as townhomes. I have been successful at building cohesive teams with coworkers and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget. Senior site superintendent on projects that included multiple foundation types including, precast concrete wall panels, and poured in place concrete walls I have managed extensive structural repair projects including helical pier installation as well as pressure grouting. On these projects I had PL responsibilities as well as budget development, contract negotiations, plan reviews and schedule creation and maintenance. As a construction manager, I directed a team of employees that ranked highest in a division of communities, in number of homes closed and customer satisfaction scores. Created a Quality Control Process for all homes before presentation to customers for delivery. I have been responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring new employees.
