Working for the MITRE Corporation, which is a great place to work. It is a great group of people and I really enjoy working for the company. Currently focused on leading a team that builds web-based applications. Previously, I was a key member of start-up companies Agile Networks and Springtide Networks, both acquired by Lucent ( and , respectively). Between those two acquisitions, I was technical lead for Lucent for another one of their company purchases. Overall goal is to build useful system solutions. Expertise is to create an environment that allows the team to excel - I measure my success by the success of the team. Determining what to build (architecture and requirements analysis) and how to build it (methodology) are key areas of expertise for me. And, since I enjoy a job with a high degree of technical content and interaction with users, I write code and give demos.
