Prior to returning to the client side with Panda, he was founder and president of TWG and two other digital marketing agencies, DNA New Media Group and DNA Visual Business Solutions. When launched in , DNA New Media Group was one of the first interactive agencies in North America. His years' experience in marketing and organizational communications includes a wide range of strategy development and implementation for company, brand and product launches integrated and digital marketing campaigns sales support and organization communication for some of the world's leading brands including Ameritech, Amoco, the American Cancer Society, Baxter, Britney Spears, Business Objects, Chicago Board of Trade, Citibank, eBay, FedEx, Frito-Lay, Gatorade, Intel, McDonald's, Oracle, Sara Lee, Square D, UPS and YUM Brands. Prior to launching DNA, Dave spent six years as a principal with Chicago-based Communications Research and Development Corporation. He also spent six years with Ameritech in various corporate and marketing communications management roles.
