Dr. Baer serves as President and CEO of Overseas Council (www.overseas.org). This organization, together with its affiliates in Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, seeks to advance Christian leaders around the world, working in the main with regional training institutions and movements who share the same objective.
