I am an experienced, educated (BS and MSE) technical executive who has focused on creating and leading software development, project management, sales and marketing teams for modern Internet-focused companies, from startups to Fortune . I have worked directly with hundreds of clients and prospects to understand their needs and determine and present how my teams could provide solutions. I have led teams that have shipped literally tens of millions of complex software and hardware products. Over the past five and a half years I have led two digital agencies, creating web experiences and Internet marketing using the Drupal CMS. I have helped build the Dallas Drupal Users Group to one of the largest and most active in the world. I speak often on Drupal, marketing and technical topics. I have been the lead organizer for all five DrupalCamp Dallas conferences, -. I helped organize OpenCamp Dallas, I teach Drupal courses at Collin College and I serve on the advisory board of Censault, LLC, a mobile startup. I have held leadership roles to build and manage technical teams and departments as VPs of Engineering and Product Development, and engineering manager and project manager at multiple startups and larger companies. As a software engineer, I developed database engines, network operating systems, and web and desktop applications and drivers.
