Mr. Lowe has been Vice Chairman of Friedman Fleischer & Lowe, a private equity firm, since it was founded in 1998. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of ADAC Laboratories, a medical diagnostic imaging company. Previously, he worked as a consultant at Bain & Company. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Geovera Holdings, Inc., Texas Home Health, Advanced Career Technologies, Inc. and a director of Kool Smiles Holding Corp.
