David Scott, 42 years old, works for Miami Valley Hosptial. He lives in Troy, Ohio, but has also spent time in Dayton, Ohio and Piqua, Ohio. He is an alumnus of the Troy High School, Edison State Community College and Wright State University-main Campus.
