David A. Van Vliet has been our President and Chief Operating Officer since June 1, 2005. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Growing Family, Inc., a privately-held company and the leader in in-hospital infant photography and a marketing services provider, from 1998 to 2005, and President and Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 1998. David Van Vliet will resign as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective September 30, 2006.
