As a licensed fiduciary in private practice I provide guardianship and case management services. I also offer consulting services to assist non-professional persons serving as guardian or agent under a medical power of attorney. My credentials as a Licensed Fiduciary in Private Practice are issued by the Arizona Supreme Court. I also have been certified with National Certified Guardian credentials from the National Guardianship Association since the year . On November , , after a rigorous application, screening, and testing process, I attained certification as a National Master Guardian, the highest level of professional certification available in the industry. I serve elderly, mentally ill, and developmentally disabled adults as their court-appointed guardian in cases in which they have no family to assist them, when the family has determined that a professional is more appropriate to serve as the guardian, or if the family has a demonstrated conflict of interest. I also provide educational presentations on a variety of related topics such as recognizing and preventing elder abuse and life care planning. My presentations on roles and responsibilities of the licensed fiduciary have been accredited for continuing education credits and have been well received by professionals in a variety of related fields. I am not an attorney however, our industry is very closely tied to probate and elder law. Specialties Guardianship. Advocacy. Geriatric issues. Aging issues. End of life planning. Care coordination.
