While working on her BA in journalism and advertising, at California State University Hayward, (now East Bay) in the early 90's, she was hired as the advertising director for the university newspaper and magazine. After graduation she worked for a small technical publisher as their marketing director for several years, while also free-lancing as a graphic designer/desktop publisher. While her family was growing, she began working as a substitute teacher, returning to school for a MA in special education. After relocating to Utah, she decided to pursue her freelance work in computer and Internet marketing. As a real estate investor and small business owner she became passionate about marketing her own businesses online. She has invested over 6 years learning how to successfully market online.
