I have an in depth understanding and have first hand experience in all activities in the telecom value chain spanning from manufacturer to channel to service provider. When I started in this industry, the A key system was being replaced by the disruptive Electronic Key System. During the last years, I have participated in all disruptive changes -- electronic key and PBX systems, Contact Centers, VoIP and IP PBX, Open Source call control and SIP. I am currently working on scaling our cloud based UC platform at Telovations. We are now on the fast track to free commoditized voice.
