Mr. Barton has served as a Director of the Company since December, 1998. From 1987 to the present, he has been the President and sole owner of Venture Communications, Inc., (formerly known as Douglas Communications, Inc.) a private promotion, development, and marketing consulting firm. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics/History from the University of Minnesota.
