Dung has always been involved with fitness one way or another. He started weight training back in high school because he was an athlete. He played multiple years of football, basketball, and volleyball. He has not always been in the best shape either. He was overweight growing up and at the heaviest point in his life, he weighed lbs during his Junior year in high school. After his first year in college, he finally realized that it was time for a change in order to enjoy all that life had to offer. Experimenting with various trainings and diets, he was able to lose lbs on his own. He discovered a new passion and career. He holds a Bachelors of Science, Business Administration degree. He also holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and Precision Nutrition. Goals To pursue more knowledge and help the world become a healthier place and lower the child obesity epidemic.
