About me:


--I owned my first house free and clear by the time I was 21. I have bought property at tax sales, participated in real estate development, and remodeled many homes that I owned and then sold in one way or another. I paid zero down for most of the properties purchased. In my best deal to date, I purchased a property for $30k with only $500 down. I made $150k profit on the property after receiving approval to change it from an agricultural property to a residential property and made it eligible for 144 home sites.

Later, I bought and ran a 24-unit apartment complex with monthly expenses of $3k with a positive cash flow income of $10k, all while driving a limo and spending a lot of time fishing.

My experience includes construction both residential and commercial since the ’70,s

I have been in some of the very hot markets and done very well with sales, the best one to date was buying a property for $30,000 and reselling it for 160k for a 130k profit and I also broker commercial loans and notes for those who may be interested in note investing.
