Dr. Zschau has served as one of our directors since January 1997 and was appointed Chairman in May 2006 after serving as Vice Chairman since December 2004. He is a Visiting Lecturer with rank of Professor in Electrical Engineering and Operations Research and Financial Engineering and the Center for Innovation in Engineering Education at Princeton University. He was a Professor of Management at Harvard Business School from September 1996 to August 2000.
