She received her BA in Philosophy, with honors, and a minor in Theater Arts from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA and her JD from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Ms. Landman is a Certified Specialist in the field of Workers' Compensation Law. At Adelson Testan, Ms. Landman works on all aspects of defending Workers' Compensation claims. Prior to working for Adelson Testan, Ms. Landman was an attorney at a small firm in the San Fernando Valley specializing in workers' compensation defense and subrogation practice. Prior to that, she had been a named Partner at another Valley firm where her specialties included personal injury litigation, incl automobile accidents, medical malpractice and toxic torts; workers' compensation (applicant); entertainment & intellectual property transactions; corporate formation; trust litigation; and, basic estate planning. Ms. Landman's other experience has included entertainment and intellectual property transactions. She has previously worked with a multitude of entertainment companies incl: Universal Studios (Motion Pictures Grp), Directors Guild of America, Walt Disney Theatrical Productions and the American Theater Exchange Initiative. Ms. Landman has also represented and counseled writers, directors, singers, artists and innovators in entertainment and intellectual property and has acted as production legal counsel for various independent films and shorts. Ms. Landman is on the Board of Governors (and has been a past President) of the Lawyer's Club of Los Angeles County, is a member of and immediate past President of the Brandeis University Southern California Alumni Association Steering Committee and is a Benjamin N.
