Eric Barker is a Recruiter in the Financial Services practice at Carlisle and Gallagher Consulting Group and is based in the New York office. Prior to this Eric worked at two boutique Retained Executive Search firms as an Associate, where he focused talent acquisition and competitive intelligence across North America and EMEA. He has provided recruiting and consulting services across a wide range of business lines including Private Banking, Wealth Management, AMLCompliance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing and Expense Management. Earlier he worked at a large search firm where he was instrumental in building out their Real Estate and Finance division.
