Made it to Kosovo. Reminds me a lot of Taiwan about 20 years ago, only without the scooters. The Mission is good, we're doing good work here, and I'm learning alot. Still alot to do here. It's an interesting mix of modern and Third World. No one knows how to drive, the street signs are for decoration...and guns are a huge part of the culture here.
