Mr. Fry has been a Director of EnerSys since November 2000. Mr. Fry has been a Managing Director of Metalmark Capital LLC since its formation in 2004. Prior to joining Metalmark, he was a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated (MS & Co.") and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners from 2002 to 2004
