My current position offers the professional flexibility to use and enhance many of the skills I've acquired throughout my career path. I bring over years of professional experience in Higher Education, Non-Profit Leadership, Mental Health, Homelessness, Vocational Rehabilitation, Residential Youth, Developmental Disabilities, Education At-Risk Students including positions of direct service, database administration, and executive leadership. I hold my Masters of Arts in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I balance my professional activities with my family, athletics including tennis, basketball, volleyball, and singing. I have a wonderful family with children, two dogs, a lizard, and an amazing wife. My career path includes extensive experience in the humansocial services assisting a wide range of individuals to achieve vocational, educational, and personal goals. While the Southern California Area Manager at Good Shepherd Communities, Eric developed key leadership, recruitment, and interviewing skills that he incorporates into his workshops and individual appointments for students, classes, and other groups on campus. Eric's specialty is resume, interviewing, and job search preparation. I hold leadership positions at the state level as a member of the California Community College Chancellor's Office Statewide Advisory Committee on Work-Based Learning Employment Services. I am also President-Elect for the California Placement Association.
