As a certified professional life coach, motivational speaker and author my objective is to support leaders in general -- women leaders in particular -- in creating lives of genuine balance and powerful, authentic vision. It's about moving beyond mere time management, and understanding what life balance and leadership really are and how they go hand-in-hand. The underlying premise in all the work I do is best captured by the Anna Quindlen quote, "If your success is not on your terms, if it looks good to the world but does not feel good in your heart, then it is not success at all." My challenge to all of my clients, is to consider what might open up when you lead from proactive vision, rather than from situational response.
