Gregory A. Knapp was previously with Empire from 1978 to 2000 and held the position of Controller and Assistant Treasurer (1983). During the period from 2000 to 2002, Mr. Knapp served as Controller for the Missouri Department of Transportation. Mr. Knapp served as Vice President- Finance and Chief Financial Officer (2002), General Manager- Finance (2002).
