My customer service skills began to develop as a pre-teen when my parents opened a Service Station. I began my work experience with loading the coke machine, cleaning the bathrooms and maintaining the yard and driveway. I soon graduated to pumping gas for customers and tending to their needs on the driveway. I spent my teen school years including college watching my gifted mechanic father grow his business. Honesty, keeping promises, accepting accountability for one's work, and working until the work was completed...not quitting when the clock hits a certain number were just a few of the customer service qualities I learned from my parents. For many years I worked as a teacher and public school administrator. These experiences allowed me to fine tune my gifts for teachingtraining, managing people and delivering terrific customer services. My goal is to continue to learn and improve customer service delivery systems. Using my talents for processes improvment, teachingtraining and supervison will ultimately be a benefit for my employer.
