Disneyland California was my first job - I learned fast how to be Professional, proper customer service, and I loved the environment. I moved up from vendor to trainer, to inventory control, to Lead. I was a Lead of one of the largest Departments and I learned quickly how to oversee operations, events, employee labor hours, scheduling, cost performance, etc. I put some time into my passion of coaching High School Volleyball and Softball. Then I found that I could be efficient and knowledgeable in an office setting and taught myself all Microsoft office products. We moved to IL and I started a position using Quickbooks for the first time - I learned and grew in that position as an office Manager and that is when I realized that it was time to run my own business. Thru some trial and errors - I was eager to learn from books, mentors, classes, articles, webinars, etc. NOW- business seems simpler. Thru my trials I now help other business owners.
